Ventana Residents: $90 per quarter ($30 per month)

Fountain Residents: $600 annually

Quarterly billing will occur at the beginning of each of the following months; January, April, July, and October. Fountain residents are billed for an annual membership. Payments are prorated depending upon move-in/move-out.

GUEST POLICY:

$5 per guest - maximum of 4 guests per household

*If you would like to bring more than 4 guests, it is considered a party. You will have to complete a Great Room Rental Agreement, pay the $200 damage deposit, and $5 per guest paid prior to utilizing the facility. Be sure to plan ahead!

Ventana Residents: $200 Security Deposit (Current Members of Ventana Recreation Center)

• Great Room Rental Agreement must be completed and $200 security Deposit paid to hold a date for any event.
• Great Room Rental form CLICK HERE, you will be prompted at the end to click a link to pay online.
• $200 refundable deposit may be made over the phone: (719) 900-5822 or online: https://www.colorado.gov/apps/payport/online/selectServiceType.jsf
• This deposit is required for ALL events
• If a date is grayed out on the form that date is already reserved
• Only 1 resident a day can book an event for the Great Room
• **During pool season ONLY** If you plan to have guest utilize the Pool the charge is a NON-Refundable $5/ person
• The facility (fitness area, kid zone, and pool) MUST remain open to its members during the event
• Members may be asked to use the side entrance or Pool Gate entrance (during pool season) to reduce interference with the event
• There are White folding tables (6 ft x 3 ft) and folding chairs that may be used for the event, they must remain inside the Great Room area (no pool deck use)
• Refunds are issued back the way they are received.  They will be processed the first business day following the date of the event and take 3-5 business days to show back up in the bank account it originally was paid from.
• Following Holidays may NOT be rented.  To help reduce crowding and allow more use of members and ensure proper staffing
• Memorial Weekend (May 27^th  – May 29^th ), Independence Day (July 4^th), Labor Day Weekend (September 4^th), Thanksgiving (November 23^rd), Christmas (December 25^th), New Years Eve (December 31^st)

*If you are a Fountain resident who is interested in renting the Great Room, please contact WSDM District Managers for information on Recreation Center fees. 

Maximum of 25 persons allowed in Recreation Center per Fire Code Occupancy limit. The Fitness Area, Pool, and restrooms must remain open to members of the Recreation Center during your event and cannot be privately reserved. Pool access is available for your event for an additional $5 per person.
