Well, here is your chance!
The City of Fountain will be holding a coordinated election on November 7, 2023, and we are looking for some dedicated, energetic, fun, and committed citizens to become part of a 7-member team that will shape the future of our community!!
There are two At-Large positions and a Ward 2 position. You must live in Ward 2 to run for that position, but you may live anywhere in the city limits for the At-Large positions!
What do I need to do to run for City Council? (We are glad you asked!)
First, you must be a registered elector in the City of Fountain, then you would pick up a petition from the City Clerk on August 8, 2023 and return that petition with at least 25 valid signatures from registered electors by August 28, 2023 at 5:00 P.M.
Then sit back and round up some supporters!
