4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays or adverse weather conditions). WHAT CLASSIFIES AN EMERGENCY? Emergency situations include (but are not limited to) the following:

Water surfacing or pooling creating damage to streets or yards;

No water available - (Home Owner did not cancel their service or request for a water shut-off);
-
Discolored water that has a foul order;

Flooding; or
-
Needing water shut-off for emergency repairs by Home Owner due to water leaking inside the home.
NON-EMERGENCY SITUATIONS are situations that can be taken care of during normal business hours, which include:

Sprinkler System problems;

Need water shut-off for normal repairs;
-
Need water turned-on for moving in or shut-off for moving out;

Request water meter installation;
-
Raise or lower water stop box;
-
Air in water pipes (due to cloudy water); or
-
Low water pressure.
