MILITARY APPRECIATION BANNER PROGRAM

Military Appreciation BannerFountain’s “Hometown Heroes” Military Appreciation Banner Program allows families to purchase a military appreciation banner on behalf of their immediate family member that is currently serving on active duty for one of the Nations’ Military branches.  This program is designed to honor the men and women currently serving our Nation and Community.  These banners are displayed for approximately one year on designated street light and/or power poles along major thoroughfares in the City of Fountain and its Utility Service Area.  The program is funded primarily through the applicant fees paid by banner sponsors, as well as donations provided by residents and businesses in the community.
