The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) represents an annual review of the City's audited financial statements and paints a picture of the City's financial status.  The City has been awarded the Government Finance Officer Association's Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting for the CAFR from 2010 to 2015.
